What is MYN?
MYN is a group specifically designed for businesses based on Yeovil industrial estates who want to form closer networks with other Yeovil SME's and the Yeovil Chamber of Commerce to share their business capabilities and help develop business support opportunities for all participants. Put simply, it's for businesses operating on the Yeovil industrial estates and those who want to work with them.
First Meeting – Making Business Connections
Join us for our first meeting which is all about building business connections, but in small groups! So, if you're nervous about networking or not sure how to get the best out of networking, this is the meeting for you.
Our proposed agenda:
- 08:45 - Arrival, coffee and casual networking
- 09:00 - Welcome and introduction
- 09:10 - Networking in small groups facilitated by Amanda and Ben - First group
- 09:25 - Introduction from Amanda and Ben on the purpose of the group and future plans
- 09:40 - Networking in small groups facilitated by Amanda and Ben - Second group
- 09:55 - Feedback and initial thoughts
- 10:00 - Networking in small groups facilitated by Amanda and Ben - Third group
- 10:15 - Upcoming events and roundup – guest speaker slots available from June (its not sales its educational and information sharing)
- 10:20 - President’s address from our new President Jo Reynolds
- 10:30 - Formal session close with the option for further informal networking up to 11:00.
On offer for breakfast:
- Danishes / pastries
- Fresh fruit
- Tea, coffee, biscuits
- Orange and apple juice, water
