New to business planning, this practical workshop will help to get you started and build confidence.

Or do you simply want to create a plan so you can feel more confident that you have thought everything through and checked that your business ideas are likely to work financially? Paul Read is a SFEDI accredited business adviser with over 14 years of experience of providing clear and comprehensive business advice to hundreds of people and organisations, helping them to start a business, improve their charity or grow their social enterprise.
Paul has managed a local grant giving charity, been an operational director of a social enterprise and has also been a non-executive director of a national mental health social enterprise. He is passionate about developing individuals and organisations to help them reach their potential.
