Plan It! Write a Simple Business Plan

A Somerset Social Enterprise Network workshop for start-ups, social businesses and trading charities in Somerset. 

New to business planning, this practical workshop will help to get you started and build confidence. 

Do you need to write a business plan to raise finance or access grants? Or share details of your business idea with partners or stakeholders? Or do you simply want to create a plan so you can feel more confident that you have thought everything through and checked that your business ideas are likely to work financially? Paul Read of DRIFT will guide you through:

Paul Read is a SFEDI accredited business adviser with over 14 years of experience of providing clear and comprehensive business advice to hundreds of people and organisations, helping them to start a business, improve their charity or grow their social enterprise. 

Paul has managed a local grant giving charity, been an operational director of a social enterprise and has also been a non-executive director of a national mental health social enterprise. He is passionate about developing individuals and organisations to help them reach their potential.
