Released On 20th May 2025

One of the South West’s leading independent accountancy, tax and business advisory firms, Milsted Langdon, has promoted Lyndsay Hardwick to Business Innovation Partner, recognising her dedication and extensive expertise.

A leader in the field of digital accounting and Business Innovation (BI), Lyndsay has become a respected figure within the industry and the local business community, offering digital solutions and reporting insights for businesses.

Her blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge and passion for technology has made her a key figure in the firm’s digital evolution.

Lyndsay has also helped to grow the firm’s team of Cloud Accounting Champions, working with clients to streamline their operations and embrace new technology.

Regularly called upon by her peers to help businesses implement and enhance their use of tech, Lyndsay’s rise through the ranks at Milsted Langdon demonstrates the practice's growing focus on innovation.

Alongside her role in BI, Lyndsay also helps support her colleagues and clients with Making Tax Digital, as well as heading up the outsourced finance function called DG Finco.

Starting as a General Practice Junior in 2000, and now reflecting on the new position, Lyndsay said: “The pace of change in accountancy is exhilarating. I love being part of a team that’s constantly adapting, learning, and finding smarter ways to support clients.

“To be promoted to Partner is a real honour and a reflection of the growing importance of technology within our profession.”

However, her role goes beyond tech. Lyndsay continues to provide accountancy and advisory support across a wide range of sectors, with experience in both business and personal tax compliance.

Rachel Hotham, People Partner at Milsted Langdon, added: “Lyndsay’s promotion is a reflection of her dedication, depth of knowledge and innovative mindset.

“She’s been instrumental in driving digital change across the firm and supporting both colleagues and clients in embracing new ways of working.

“Her career journey with us is a real success story, and we’re delighted to see her step into this new leadership role.”
