What is LinkedIn Local - Somerset?
LinkedIn Local events are a worldwide phenomenon bringing local businesses together for quarterly face-to-face meetings. You do not need to be a LinkedIn user to attend our events.
LinkedIn Local Somerset is the initiative of three Somerset individuals, Kate Adey, Dr Rani Bora, and Dr Suraj Gogoi. Their vision is to unite like-minded local business owners and not-for-profit organisations to support and help local businesses thrive and grow collectively.

The theme for our first event in October is — Health Mind, Healthy Business.
In the 90-minute meeting, you will hear from the TEALS founder and can tour the farm shop.
In addition, you will enjoy hearing from Dr Rani Bora, Mental Wealth Coach and Holistic Psychiatrist, about how to thrive with good mental health in challenging times.
We will also be showcasing the work of a local charity organisation that makes a meaningful difference in the community.
What to expect:
5.45 - 6.00 pm: Arrival, meeting everyone
6.00 - 7.00 pm: Formal presentation
7.00 - 7.30 pm: Open networking
You will have the chance to network while enjoying some local nibbles and drinks.
