Yeovil Chamber AGM - 'Zoom' online event  

Join us from 4:00 pm on Monday 22nd March online for our AGM. Reflecting on the year that was, our future plans along with the obligatory financial review.

I would like to invite you to our online Annual General Meeting, at 16:00 on Monday 22nd March 2021.  Admission is free of charge.  You will be sent a Zoom link before the event.

It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since we were all able to gather together for that fabulous day out in February 2020 at Leonardo Helicopters to celebrate our centenary AGM.  Due to extraordinary and ongoing circumstances, our 2021 AGM will be a scaled-down, online event, to comply with our statutory requirements to (1) present our annual accounts in public, and (2) to declare the Executive Officers for the year*.

*The number of Yeovil Chamber Executive Officers in post currently falls within the fifteen maxima. Unless the number of nominations received ahead of the AGM pushes the total number of Executive Officers beyond the fifteen maxima, there will be no requirement for officer elections.

Nominations for Executive Officer positions, must be submitted via Hello@yeovilchamber.org by Monday 15th March.

Timings:

16:00: Introduction and Report from the Chamber President.

16:15: Presentation of Accounts and Financial Report, with Q&A.

16:30: Declaration of Executive Officers for 2021/22.

16:35: Open Q&A.

16:55: Events programme announcements.

17:00: Finish.

Please note: Attendance is limited to individuals owning or representing a commercial/business interest in Yeovil.  Questions must relate directly to a business/commerce-related issue, and will only be accepted from fully paid-up Yeovil Chamber members.
