Dawn Gallie, Associate Director and Head of Employment, will lead the session, providing an overview of the employer’s obligations including:

The investigation and obtaining witness statements,

Conducting the grievance hearing,

Dealing with related disciplinary proceedings and

Managing confidentiality.
