Effective Leadership Workshop
This workshop is aimed at both practising and aspiring leaders and will cover the following subjects:
Leadership styles. We will examine how different situations can be managed more effectively by understanding and deploying different leadership style.
Emotional Intelligence. We will discuss the relationship between emotional intelligence and effective leadership and how we can develop it.
Performance Management and Goal Setting. This module will explore the current thinking behind performance management and the most effective tools for setting goals and objectives.
Effective Feedback. We will delve into this important but often misunderstood activity. How we provide performance feedback can inspire and drive performance, conversely delivered badly and it can have a damaging and demotivating effect for individuals, teams and the organisation.
Motivation and Adult Learning. During this module we will challenge the long-held belief that punishment and reward are the best forms of motivation. Through exploring self-autonomy and intrinsic motivation we will be better placed to understand employee motivation in the workplace.
Self-reflection. The ability to reflect on experiences, both good and bad, is the cornerstone to continued personnel and professional development.
