Off-the-Job Training
The Department for Education (DfE) has worked closely with employers to bring you the fourth in our engaging series of webinars. Do you fully understand the off-the-job training (OTJT) element in your apprenticeship program? Hear how other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have navigated it to include building positive relationships with their providers and incorporating and linking OTJT more effectively to the practical element to ensure the most successful outcome. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions in a live Q&A chat. Due to restrictions on numbers, only employers should attend the live webinar but a recording will be made available after the event to all those who register.
