We will hear from Paula Squire, a partner and Head of the Clarke Willmott Employment Team in Taunton, with over 18 years of experience specialising in employment law and human resources advice.
She provides day-to-day employment support for SME and larger organisations, including disciplinary and grievance matters, in-house training sessions for employers; TUPE advice; handling employment tribunal proceedings, regularly advising on complex issues of enforceability of post termination restrictions; settlement agreements and executive/claimant negotiations.
Paula joined Clarke Willmott LLP in 2003 following her studies at the University of Sussex and the University of California, Berkeley. Paula is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and a regular speaker at conferences.
